Terms of Service

Effective October 27, 2026

These terms apply when Facebook Page managers and their staff use MC Chatbot to manage messages, respond to customers, and use the related support tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

MC Chatbot provides a shared inbox for connected Facebook Pages, conversation and customer profile management, quick replies, product scripts, and translation-assisted responses. Available features depend on permissions granted by Meta and the operation of Facebook, Messenger, DeepL, and relevant network infrastructure.

2. Page authorization and accounts

You may connect only Pages that you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for securing your sign-in account, assigning appropriate staff permissions, updating or revoking access when needed, and reporting suspected unauthorized use. Connecting a Page must also comply with applicable Meta terms and policies.

3. Content and acceptable use

  • You are responsible for messages, images, reply templates, and customer information that you or your staff enter, store, and send.
  • You must have an appropriate basis for processing personal data and responding to customers through your Pages.
  • Do not use the service for spam, fraud, infringement, unauthorized access, or activities that violate Meta messaging policies.
  • Machine translations can contain errors. Review important details, especially prices, product information, and promises to customers, before sending them.

4. Data and privacy

Our collection and processing of data are described in the Privacy Policy. Disconnecting a Page ends the active connection but does not automatically delete all stored conversation history. You or your customers may submit a request using the data deletion instructions.

5. Changes and interruptions

We may update features, security measures, or these terms to maintain the service and respond to changes in connected platforms. Maintenance, incidents, or third-party restrictions may temporarily interrupt the service. If these terms change, we will update the effective date on this page.

6. Ending use and contact

Page managers may disconnect their Pages and stop using the service. For help with accounts, permissions, or data, contact the operator:
